I've been meaning to make this alternate version ever since I submitted the original [link] . All three color types of ducks that are found in the game are now included, not just the mallards (the green & black ones).

One of these days, I need to take a break from all the things I'm working on now and go back and 'build' these ducks in all their different wing-flapping poses from Duck Hunt. This piece is ultimately meant to have the ducks not all be in the same pose.

I have lots of great memories of playing this game. :) Especially playing as the ducks and annoying my brother by escaping. Of course, he gave as good as he got when it came to that...

Anyway, I really like how you construct these so that they look like the sprites from the actual game from the sides, but have an actual 3D structure instead of being flat. The result is quite good looking.

My older brother and I were also like that with the two player games, especially the sports games. Half the time that we played all those NES baseball games we'd end up arguing, because whoever was pitching always made the baseballs fly all over the screen quickly, all super-erratic like how wiffleballs fly around. :laughing:

OH MY GOODNESS DUCK HUNT!!!!!!! We played that at a party the other day and our Robotics mentor is super good at it . . . uh. but you dont care. haha! It looks sweet!! =) I like how you put the cartoony ducks into the real world! =) Very nice.
